In Partnering with a local GC this project was looked at from a Design-Build persepctive. We worked closely with the owners rep on designing the project based on the clients needs while being cost sensitive to the budget. This project included numerous RTU's with an interior vav system for the offices, infrared tube heaters, make up airs, exhaust fans, CO2/NO2 montioring system, IT room split system, and stand alone controls.
