As the Mechanical Prime on this project not only was our group tasked with replacement of two old boilers with five new Riello boilers and installation of two new Carrier 23xrv screw chillers. We acted as the GC and sub contracted the following contractors demo, electrician, controls, epoxy, rigger, chimney, structural, insulator, fire alarm, balancer, and cooling tower refurbishment. Mechanical Prime projects are one of our many specilties.
